The Genuine Leather Open Vest is made from full-grain cowhide selected by hand for grain, temper and strength. Each hide is vegetable-tanned in small batches, then cut and stitched on our workshop bench — never on a production line.
Seams are double-stitched and stress points are riveted, so the piece takes real use and ages into character instead of wearing out. Hardware is solid metal throughout: buckles, D-rings and studs that hold under strain and polish up beautifully.
Ordered in a standard size, it ships within 7–12 business days. Ordered with custom measurements, it is drafted on a one-off pattern for your body — with free adjustment until the fit is perfect.
